Conyngham Hall parkrun: Musical Marshalls

Conyngham Hall parkrun will hold its regular free Saturday event with a feva inspired "Musical Marshals" twist. We'd love to have new people come along to join us. Come run walk jog volunteer or spectate with us and be entertained along the way. We would like to encourage groups to marshal together, so if you can sing (even if you can't sing but like singing, that's good enough for us), play an instrument, fancy being part of 'kazoo corner' or just wish to know more, please get in touch by emailing [email protected].The emphasis as always will be on enjoying ourselves in the beautiful grounds around Conyngham Hall and getting together with others. We are a very welcoming bunch, and even if you think you can't run or walk the 3.1mile (5km) course, there will be plenty of camaraderie to be found around the start/finish and who knows, you may make some new friends.
