Go All In: But How Far Dare You Go?
Event Details
Join authors Lesley Field and Sue Williams as they talk about relationships and romance in their novels. Should you go all in or end firmly at the bedroom door? Two authors with two different approaches to writing sex and relationships, they embark on a light-hearted discussion about how far should you go. Maria Burley from Knaresborough Library will be asking the questions for what promises to be an entertaining evening with a decidedly risqué theme.
Lesley Field writes both historical romance and contemporary fiction much of which is set in Canada, a country she knows well. Although her books are classic romances, she does not shy away from tackling issues such as rape and incest. She has just published her 18th novel ‘Loving Sam ‘which is set on Vancouver Island, a place she knows well.
Sue Williams is the creator of ‘5 Ladies and A Bus Called Bertha’ chronicling the adventures of five elderly ladies who live in Harrogate and have a lovely time eating, drinking and occasionally getting entangled with gentlemen who should know better. She is currently working on her second novel about the ladies.
Warning: Adult themes are discussed.
