Natural Wonders

Cate is a self-taught artist whose work focuses on the natural world and the human form. With degrees in Zoology and Garden Design, she strives to capture her subjects accurately while maintaining a lightness of hand that preserves their natural essence.

Primarily working with pencil, watercolor, acrylic, and pastel, Cate has also been inspired by David Hockney to experiment with computer-based tools for creating images and is an avid photographer.

Her images are available as cards, prints, cushions, and coasters, all of which can be purchased or ordered. She also considers commissions for specific subjects upon request.
